ENAK

ENAK is a laid-back restaurant and poolside bar tucked into the green landscape of Selong Belanak, within Disini Lombok Eco Resort. Surrounded by rice fields, coconut palms and ocean views, the open-air space brings together natural materials, tropical architecture and a setting that feels comfortably removed from the island's busier dining spots.

The kitchen takes an uncomplicated approach to food, focusing on homemade preparations, fresh ingredients and generous plates designed to be shared around the table. There is no rush between courses, whether it's a slow breakfast, a long lunch by the pool or dinner that stretches into the evening. The bar adds its own personality with playful tropical cocktails, unexpected flavour combinations and refreshing twists on familiar classics.

ENAK isn't built around formal dining or elaborate presentation.
